Anyone looking for headache and heartache then please by all means use this company for their property management needs. I have had to use this company now for 1.8 years and can tell you that Mario Espinoza is the first broker I have ever come a cross that I felt immediately was a poor person (people skills) to do business with. I've been waiting patiently now for 40 day's to have my air-conditioner fixed, and as the property manager/broker it normally is his responsibility to fix. This firm is useless, and all Mr. Espinoza does is NOTHING. Again, his people skills is less than desirable and I've also been waiting now for about a year for the answer to my question I have put to him many times. The question was is the owner of my unit interested in selling? I guess Mr. Espinoza has way to much money, but folks who read this and are looking for a real property management company where your needs and the tenants needs are taken care of in a professional and quick fashion, then please do your due diligence and pick anyone else other than this company. My calls go unanswered along with my emails. So, again, please think several times over before you choose this company to do business with. You might also wish to input his name and company profile as there are many others out there who have had the same experience(s) I have including his previous rental account manager who quit because she said Mr. Espinoza's accounting measures were to far gone for her to fix. It took six months for them to pay me back $17.oo dollars they owed me. Where is the Arizona Real Estate Commission? I guess its not what one does, but more so who one knows that keeps this guy in business... Owners and renters please beware...
