Sweetwater Adult Care

My mother was already living at Sweetwater Adult Care when Kevin took over. We were not sure what to expect because he was so young and running a good home for older people requires a lot of time and empathy and love.
My mother and I met Kevin and his mother, Pretty, and we quickly realized that they are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring, compassionate and they really made the house feel like a home. Their interest in every resident was reassuring and as the weeks went by, the house gently settled into a new normal with a lovely new look. My mom liked it there, she was very comfortable and she adored the ladies who helped take care of her. She even enjoyed the food when she was hungry. She had stories to tell me about what she had been up to with a smile. Whenever Pretty came by to visit my mom looked forward to having a chat. My mom left us in February and I miss her dearly. I will always treasure the memories of my time spent with her at Sweetwater Adult Care.

Our mom has received the best and most loving of care at Sweetwater the past six months. She is peaceful and content, even during these months of isolation due to Covid 19 and progressing cognitive decline. We will always be thankful for the wonderful staff!
