(March 31, 2019, 5:09 pm)Delicious, refreshing energy teas and meal replacement smoothies! Sunrize tea very good & energizing. The Dreamsicle Orange meal replacement smoothie was tasty & filling. Maya & Deborah were super friendly & professional. I visited True Nutrition two days in a row. Good thing they offer a reward program as I'm looking forward to my next visit!

(March 30, 2019, 12:43 am)Not only is the establishment adorable but the owners are just as sweet as the smoothies! The perfect place to get your meal replacement shake with the perfect company. It’s hard to even believe that these shakes are healthy for you because they taste so amazing. The Banana Carmel smoothie was so tasty and as a meal replacement did its job, I even added an extra layer of chocolate because why not it’s sugar free! We will for sure be back!
