  BLUF: THIS IS ONLY FOR THIS SCOTTSDALE LOCATION! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SKY HARBOR LOCATION AT ALL, NOR DO I HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT BUDGET INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
  
  I rented a vehicle from Budget at the Scottsdale Doubletree last month. I was very happy with the vehicle, the process and the Budget office at Doubletree. The vehicle was ready on time (early by an hour actually), was exactly what I needed and the rate was fair. My drop off location was Phoenix airport and I had an issue and received a charge to my credit card that should not have been. After numerous attempts to contact that location, constantly routing me to unhelpful and unprofessional contacts that "couldn’t help" at Budget International, I called the Scottsdale location and talked to Mr. Josh Nassif, with the hopes that he could give me a direct number or help me in any way. He was professional and provided excellent customer service. Beyond the fact that he was able to ensure that the incorrect charge would be remedied, he did exactly what he said he was going to do, made every effort to assist me and was polite and efficient. I will ONLY rent a car from Budget at that location and return it there for all future trips to Phoenix, solely because of the quality of service and assistance that I received from Mr. Nassif. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you're renting from Budget in Phoenix, that you utilize this location. It is a 15 minute Uber ride from the airport to save you considerable money for a better service.
