“Took one of my close girlfriends to dinner here and it was such a special place. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The salmon was out of this world. Our server was even kind enough to comp us their chocolate mousse dessert. All of the staff were incredible. 10/10 would come again. We even mentioned it would be a great resort to Stay-cation at.”

“We recently spent 4 nights here. I called in to book because I wanted a room with a Mountain View. I saw one online that showed a garden view and mountains but was told that was booked. Anyway we checked in early on arrival day and were thrilled to find out we had that perfect room. Meghan checked us in and was great. The room was comfortable and luxurious while modern and visually calming. Our views were AMAZING!! We didn’t eat meals at the resort but had drinks in the bar and by the pool. The service provided by staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were quiet and soundproofing fantastic. There was someone cutting grass outside but we never heard him. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay to relax.”

“Nicely done. Mexican restaurant there is excellent. Great craft cocktails. Rooms are cool but decor is a little dark. Probably by design given the hot Arizona sun. I like how they are like Puebla’s built into the landscape in harmony with natural surroundings. Pool is awesome. Conference center is nice. The absolute best tasting fresh fruit I’ve ever had! It was a shame to see them throw it out after our meeting.”

“Only UPS Store open on Sunday (til 1pm), was a life saver. Hotel is undergoing construction so it is tricky to get to the store if driving from outside, you have to circle the entire property and get to room 401. I received excellent, smiling service from all people involved inside the Store and at the resort asking for directions.”

“We enjoyed the lunch special at Rita's. The atmosphere was delightful-- clean, beautiful, well kept, and tons of flowers everywhere. All the food looked and tasted good, but service lacked a little so one star of off. Definitely going back. They serve at least breakfast and lunch. I didn't see a dinner menu, but most likely open.”

“I can’t even put into words how wonderfully accommodating the staff is here. Customer service is very obviously important. Also, the property is absolutely beautiful! We celebrated an engagement here with a girls day at the Spa. The spa manager was VERY accommodating (she got all 6 of us in), helpful & quick to respond! The whole process was better than I could have ever imagined. We were whisked away on a tour then given wonderful robes to get ready for our massages. The massage was one of the best I have ever had! I will be back time and time again, as well as, referring anyone I know here.”

“Delicious food, lovely Andelusian decor, and wonderful service. On my last visit I had a stunning short rib with manchego cream sauce and vegetables. My partner enjoyed the vegetation paella. Great selection of wine and excellent cocktails as well. All in all a lovely meal.”
