Thanks to Dr. Sophia Fountis, and her team, I’ve lost 12 inches and 75 pounds all in about 5 months! I’ve been struggling with my weight for over 25 years and never thought I was able to accomplish my health goals. Everyone in this office is passionate about your success. Dr. Fountis’s enthusiasm and dedication to my success was a huge motivation and inspiring at each step of the way. On top of all the detailed material and education given as part of the Healthier Weigh program, the doctor and her staff are available for any questions you have along the journey. I felt completely supported and capable.

I have struggled getting past weight loss plateaus and maintaining weight loss since my kids were born. I went to see Dr Fountis after seeing amazing results with two close friends. I don't often write reviews but in this case my life was literally changed in a matter of months! I have been seeing Dr. Fountis for weight loss since October 5th, and through Thanksgiving, maybe 6 or 7 weeks, I lost over 25 lbs! I wake up, )after buying a nice new high tech scale that tracks on an app) every morning excited to weigh myself, and it's like it's melting off, really!

I also see Dr. Nick Kalogerometro for back decompression on an incredible piece of equipment, (not many in the state). I had been bedridden for 2 months with a herniated disc when my surgeon told me he would do surgery but if I didn't loose the weight it could happen again. As I was loosing weight with Dr. Fountis I began with Dr. Nick on an ongoing plan. His hands on approach assures he is doing everything he can to make you feel better. He was as concerned as I was.
