(January 12, 2022, 2:33 pm)Dr. Machnau is wonderful! She's so down to earth and friendly that when she walks in it takes me a minute to remember she's the doctor! Appointments are on time - and if she's delayed even by 10 minutes because of some difficulty with another patients procedure she's apologizing. She's efficient but you don't feel rushed and she always emphasized a few helpful points to keep in mind - whether it's something general about moles or about a specific mark she wants you to be aware of. Added bonus is the rest of the staff is just as great - from the friendly and efficient front desk to the nurses and techs.
