Best physical therapist I’ve ever consulted. Professional and genuinely caring.

This is a hidden gem. Ryan and Uche are really great at taking time to properly do an intake and give 1 on 1 instruction to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. They try to loosen you up very well and stretch you out before the exercises which is much better than places I have been to in the past. The whole staff is warm and friendly and you don't feel like you are in a PT mill (where they aren't hands on and pass you off to a tech).

Professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, personable and caring. Is there a better combination in a health practitioner? Ryan accurately assesses a patient's current challenges while devising a treatment plan to restore & optimize physical function. Ryan was the best Physical Therapist I've had! He was extremely professional, personal, and dedicated to fixing my pain and leg issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you are in the north valley.
