(August 17, 2020, 12:12 am)I've never been inside the store. My only experience is using the drive thru. It's never been too busy when I've been there. At the most, maybe two cars in front of me. The staff has always been courteous and friendly to me. I usually get a tall hot mocha. It's always prepared to my taste. This is what I like about Starbucks; it's customer service experience is consistent through out its stores. Kudos!
