WOW! Dr. Jay is an amazing, kind, attentive, personable, thorough, knowledgeable and super caring person. I brought my dad in for an appointment and Dr. Jay let my dad talk about everything that was going on and she was just so patient and kind while giving my dad full attention. Dr. Jay gave concise, clear instructions and she made sure we had all the information we needed. I was just having an "ok" morning, but after leaving Dr. Jay's office, my dad and I both felt so happy because we had such a positive experience and a good plan going forward. There aren't enough doctors out there like Dr. Jay, so when I encounter them, I'm always excited to share with others. Thank you Dr. Jay for being such a wonderful human being!

I saw Dr Jay at Westland Family Foot and Ankle at it went great! Dr Jay was on time, had great bedside manner, answered all of my concerns and together we put together a plan to get me healthy again. I will definitely be going back to see her and be recommending her going forward.

Dr.Kristina is truly the best. I have never been to a Doctor who cares so much. She conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and her knowledge is off the charts. I have never had to wait for even 1 second in the office for my appointment. She treats your time as valuable as hers which is unheard of. Her follow up is out of this world. She is a breath of fresh air in this day and age as a doctor that cares and doesn’t treat you like a number and a dollar sign. I recommend her to anyone and everyone as she already treats my parents and kids as well. Simply the BEST!! We have all followed her from her previous office.

My wife and I are both new patients of podiatrist Dr. Whitney Hunchak. She was an excellent listener, thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We highly recommend Dr. Hunchak if you are in need of an ankle or foot specialist.

Whitney & Kevin are very nice, and very professional folks. They got me in quickly for my very painful foot injury and took the time & care to explain the the steps {or no steps on hurt foot :( } needed to get me back on track. They followed up and were helpful though the whole healing process. From fitting a brace to trimming shoe inserts, I felt like they really do care. I, like most people, don't like to be treated like a number on a insurance form. You won't find any of that with Westland Family Foot & Ankle. They will always be my first choice for my family's foot & ankle needs.
