(February 15, 2019, 4:38 pm)So happy I found Arizona Dent Shop! I was referred by a mechanic friend and I was 100% pleased with the service. The quote for work (bumper replacement) was incredibly fair (and a fraction of what the dealership wanted) and the job was finished in a VERY timely manner. In fact, once I decided to move forward, the part was ordered from CA, delivered, and the work complete in 2 days! It's not often you encounter a business where you feel everyone truly listens to your needs (and actually cares). As I was leaving, I said to Matt, "I hope I don't need you any time soon, but it's nice to know you're here if I do". 5 stars, hands down.
I'm adding to this review - 7 months later! My son knocked the side mirror off his car and my first thought - "Call Matt"! Matt took excellent care of us AGAIN. The mirror was ordered and replaced in just a few days; and the workmanship was spot on. Again, I hope I don't "need" Arizona Dent Shop, but they will ALWAYS be my first call if I do. -

Someone had crashed into my car and my insurance sent me to a different place up the street but they wouldn't take my car for a few days, so I stopped by The Dent Shop and they took my car in right away. They did an amazing job on the repair. I took my car back to have some dents and scratches fixed and Matt made my car like new again. I've never seen it so look so shiny and beautiful, even the lights shine now instead of looking foggy. He went above and beyond to make my car perfect again and I highly recommend this business to all!

(June 14, 2018, 8:40 pm)I was fortunate enough to be given this shop name by my nephew. As my body repairs were not covered by insurance, I was given an extremely favorable quote considerably less than other quotes.
Being retired and on fixed income this was a group I could work with, Matt and Jay terrific and work was superb. I Honda Accord back like new again. Thank each and all????????
