  Carolyn has acted as Responsible Individual with three different companies where I have been employed since 1999. She is highly knowledgeable regarding Arizona mortgage law and has a wonderful relationship with the Arizona regulators.   Attorney Carolyn Goldman was selected to be our Arizona Responsible Individual two years ago. Our company expanded its retail residential mortgage lending operations from the East Coast to the Mid West and Central parts of the Country and into the West Coast adding over 30 additional states in two years and hit a road block in Arizona. My Counsel and President at Norwich Commercial Group, Inc. did its homework and was having trouble deciding on a Responsible Individual in Arizona.
