  I've been working with Michelle for over 3 years now, I have never met or worked with an agent who was so attentive to her clients needs. Aside from having a tremendous amount of knowledge in insurance she is always doing everything possible to save me money and provide me with the best coverage possible for my properties and vehicles. She doesn't try to upsell you and genuinely cares about getting the coverage you actually need. I look forward to having her be my agent for many years to come

  I called multiple insurance companies to get a stated policy on a custom vehicle. For those of you who don't know a stated policy is an agreed value on an auto policy. Since I have invested over double what Kelly blue book has the value amount at I didn't want to get screwed if it got stolen or totaled. I had trouble since the suspension was modified (to tall) and vehicle was converted into 4x4. I was exhausted calling places and submitting invoices and documents to support the value. I ended up calling Michelle. She had to do all the submitting and calling and got a policy for the value I had invested in this vehicle. If I could give more stars I would. Professional diligent and hard working
