Five stars all the way through. Great inventory to choose from. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They had the vehicle ready to go for our test drive and delivered it to our home knowing we were very busy. We even received a better rate through their lending options. James the sales rep knew about each of the vehicles we were looking at and really conveyed the value of buying through this dealership. It was stress free my husband and I, so much so that we couldn't believe we had just purchased a vehicle when we walked out the dealership. We were preapproved through our credit union, but just to be sure we got the absolute best rate they checked with other lenders they use and let us make the final decision. The finance department took care of everything, printed our paperwork and we signed on the dotted line. We were not sitting around all day waiting, took all our paperwork home that day, and picked the car up later in the week. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! I purchased my Porsche Macan S last year in October from this dealership. The purchase went extremely well and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer. Rich has assisted me both times and is very attentive, explains every detail of what you need and what the technicians are performing. He responds to all phone calls and emails also. Very fast process from the beginning. Spent a couple of days texting, maybe 1 hr of time, about details.
When we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms and made us feel part of their family.
