  I don't pick up prescriptions often, but I had a great experience here. Friendly and helpful employees were patient and helped me get the best prices. I wish I had taken note of their names.

  I need to update my review—excellent? Not quite. I ordered two refills 3 days ago. On their app, they were still showing as “in progress”. I had to call and ask why. I was told, “sorry, but we’ve just been really busy”. I despise being told that—it’s the number one “no-no” in business. These are both prescriptions I cannot go without. So, down to 4 stars. Get some help. People who are on mandated prescriptions to function need them. In a reasonable amount of time. 3 days is plenty of notice. My new review of this location’s pharmacy: Good, with some problems. In general, ONCE you finally leave CVS, or another pharmacy you are unhappy with, make the change, you’ll see a big difference. Customer service is generally great. I take a lot of medications, and I am now paying half the price I did at CVS. (Just check the Good RX app). They always have my Meds in stock, always text me when it is ready, know when you choose to wait, and the pharmacists don’t give you a judgmental look if you happen to be filling a controlled substance. They transferred all of my prescriptions with ease. I’m chronically ill. Anyone who is, knows how important it is to have a reliable pharmacy on their “team”. The difference in the way I am treated at this Fry’s and the way I was treated at CVS is night & day. When I was a customer at CVS, one of the pharmacists there, Debbie, sighed a lot, was condescending and I could hear her talk smack about customers over the glass wall, especially about controlled substance prescriptions—I now have found my pharmacy. I’m treated with respect, eye contact, kindness, and timely refills. If I want to wait, it’s no problem. They work quickly & efficiently. So, No-more frowns, exasperated faces, comments, lectures, or judgements like I experienced at CVS on Thomas, or next day: “sorry, we don’t have the stock” when I was told the day before they would, then me wandering around town trying to get my script filled. I’ve tried multiple pharmacies in South Scottsdale, Walmart, Walgreens, Albertsons, you name it. this one is the best so far. So, before anyone complains, just try the others. You’ll be back. Unless you want to drive to Costco.
