  We own a condo that we use for a couple of months each year that we believed needed updating. Talked to a couple of people but ultimately settled on Caine and Company. Very glad we did. They made the entire process easy - from the initial design to the final walk through. This was especially important to us as we live a thousand miles away. The entire job was handled professionally with great communication throughout. We are extremely satisfied.

  We had our kitchen remodled by Caine & Company and they exceeded our expectations. From start to finish we were kept informed of everything that was going on. Justin came out with our designer Lauren for our first meeting and told us exactly what to expect. Lauren has a wonderful eye for detail and really did a great job picking out options for us as far as lighting, fixtures, tiles and paint colors. Vaughn was our contact during this project and he always responded promptly to every call or text and kept us up to date with schedules. We never had to wonder what was going on. He would also show up after a subcontractor did their work to inspect it and make sure it met his high expectations. Our lead carpenter Stephen was truly awesome. He was a real perfectionist and had great attention to detail. He showed up on time every day and never complained if we wanted to make a change to something. We are so glad we chose Caine & Company and plan on using them when we are ready to remodel our bathroom.

  Caine & Co remodeled our house this past year and it has exceeded our expectations. We now love our home! Justin & Lauren were very attentive to our needs and goals for the remodel. The subcontractors were professional and the work was of the highest quality. We will use them again when we are ready to redo the kitchen.

  We live in an old historic home that we love, but the closets are very small. We wanted to remodel the master bedroom, and build an addition that would extend the bedroom to include a bathroom and walk-in closet. The challenge would be to add the new square footage, so that it looked original to the home, and maintained the historic charm. After extensive research, we contracted with Caine and Company. We met with Justin and his design team, and explained what we wanted. They were attentive to our ideas, and offered helpful suggestions of their own. Now that construction has ended, I decided to put in writing my feelings about the project.
  The construction started and ended on the dates they said it would. As with any construction, a few problems were encountered, quickly resolved, and to my surprise, the final cost of the project was exactly what we had originally been quoted. Dirk, the construction supervisor showed up on time, every day. He was professional; detail oriented, and always had a positive attitude. Dirk was extremely responsive, very respectful of our home, and even cleaned up the jobsite at the end of every day. His easygoing manner and patience in answering our endless questions made it a pleasure to have him around. Building an addition that looks original to a historic home is challenging, but they did a masterful job. I would highly recommend Caine and Company as we are extremely happy with our remodel / addition, and would not hesitate to hire them again.
