Spooner Physical Therapy - Old Town

The staff at Spooner are fantastic. When my wife described my level of pain they were able to get me in right away. I wish I discovered them years ago. They taught me the importance of stretching and not just working out. I told my primary care physician to move Spooner to the top of her PT referral list.

I love Hannah she’s such a good physical therapist and is all about listening to your needs and trying new things to find something that works for you! Her techs Lizzie and Ashley are very helpful and always willing to answer questions! Love this place!!

I ended up with a nasty knee injury back in November 2020 and I wasn’t able to do the workouts and really anything because of it. I was able to see Dr. Ryne Foster who asked me what my goals were and set up a rigorous plan of care which made me better than I had been before my injury. Dyne and everyone there is so incredibly helpful and I owe them all so much for helping me be a better version of myself. Thank you all so much!

These dudes are literally the best, you can't ask for better care. I mean, you can, but you won't get it. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, and they take the time to educate you on what they're doing and why, which I love. The more I can understand about what went wrong and how I can prevent it the better. I wish they could be my regular doctor! 11/10 would recommend for all your muscle fixing needs.

I absolutely love everyone at Spooner Old Town! Brooke is my physical therapist that I have been seeing for almost 2 years now and I always call her my magician :). She makes miracles happen when she uses dry needles on me :) She makes you work but it definitely pays off long-term! She, Ryne, and the staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming. I would never go anywhere else. I trust her and Ryne so very much to guide me to where I need to be for my physical therapy needs. I feel most grateful and blessed to have found this clinic. Like I said. Brooke works miracles!
