The Winfield of Scottsdale Apartments

I have lived at the Winfield for over 10 years and has been a pretty decent place to live.
When our new manager Mason recently arrived many of us were a little skeptical due to his young age.
He has surpassed our expections! Mason appears knowledgeable, friendly, a people person, but not a push over. He's doing a great job so far. 👌
He has an eye for landscaping and has added touches to spruce the complex up.
I'm pretty impressed how he seems to be ahead of his years in experience.

I love this complex so much! Stopped by for a tour and felt right at home! Mason answered all my questions and showed me around the community! Really loved the aesthetic and feel the property gives it’s truly unique!

Mason is the best! He took the time to answer any questions I had and actually listened to what I had to say. By the end of our conversation he left me feeling at ease. Jon was so quick to help me fix my dishwasher when there was a leak, at other apartments that I have lived at it’s taken days or even weeks to get maintenance to come. Definitely will be recommending this place in the future!

I have lived here for several years and I couldn't be happier. Everything is clean and well groomed around the property. Maintenance (Jon) is excellent. Office Manager (Marissa) is as nice as can be for any of your needs. The units are very cool & modern. The pool is amazing. Overall I give two thumbs up for an incredible place to live. Check out the Winfield!
