I'm so thankful to know Scott because when I wanted to buy an old clunker of a piano, and before I shelled out big bucks for it, I called up Scott to get his professional opinion on it. He was able to tell me that it was worth what it was worth and that I would have a fun instrument to play. Not only that; he comes every 6 months to keep my piano in tune!! Amazing service and dedication.

Excellent technician. Since we moved to North Phoenix, Scott has tuned my Baldwin Grand piano and maintained the damp-chaser system. He does a fantastic and very thorough job. I highly recommend his work.
Scott is terrific. We asked him to evaluate a piano we purchased ( a 1948 Steinway studio upright), and he was quite matter-of-fact on what it needed and what it did not need after he confidently opened it up, examined it, and played it. Very thorough, professional, honest. He then gave us an estimate for a tuning and hammer reshaping. He was on time, both times, and confirmed both appointments before coming. We will definitely make his visits an annual event!
