  I recently moved into Avia, and I love it! It's so perfect and I feel so at home. The leasing agents / managers Andy, Grace, and Stephanie are wonderful. They are helpful, attentive, efficient, kind, and responsive. I moved all the way from Michigan and they had my keys in the apartment for me when I arrived off the plane. They also helped the delivery service get a bed in here so I would have a bed to sleep on. The leasing process and everything was so quick and easy too which made me feel at such peace. This complex also has beautiful kept grounds - a great pool area, grills, plenty of outdoor seating, a pool table, small gym, etc. I am so happy God led me here.

  Randomly stumbled up Avia McCormick and I’m beyond thrilled with my experience so far. I scored with Andy who is totally on his game! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was super professional and kind! The grounds look well taken care of, it’s quiet and the apartment looks fantastic. I applied and the process was very fast and easy.
  
  Moved in and could not be happier. It’s very quiet and mellow, exactly what I was wanting. I love my apartment, the vibe and space. The location is prime as anything that you could want is literally across the street. I see rabbits everyday and ducks from the pond next door. Nest comes with the apt and I love the flooring! I’m thrilled to live here!
  
  A huge thank you to the incredible team there! They demonstrate how it SHOULD be when renting.

  This is a great place to live! It has beautiful amenities and is in a PRIME location in McCormick Ranch. You can walk or bike to so many cool places! The rent is fair and very reasonable for this area. And the staff is SO attentive and really cares about their tenants. LOVE it here!

  We have been very pleased with our first few months of living here. The staff and maintenance team are very accommodating and have been quick to fix any issues we have had. We moved into a recently upgraded apartment and were very happy with the way it looks. A few corners have been cut, but no apartment is perfect. Overall this is a great first apartment for us as a couple. The grounds are very clean, quiet, and there is plenty of parking! Additionally, this apartment complex has some of the best, most affordable monthly rates in Scottsdale, especially in the McCormick Ranch area.
