  Anderson came to clean a carpet for me yesterday. He was friendly and fast. The carpet looks brand new! Thank you to Anderson and F/F for fitting me in last moment and for doing an excellent job!!!

  Fred did such an amazing job bringing our 40 year old Karastan wool area rug back to life, we hired him a second time to clean our second floor and staircase wall to wall carpeting. In both instances he did an outstanding job. I decided to also purchase a new carpet pad to go under my 9x12 area rug so I contacted F&F once again. As always, I can count on them to be prompt, professional and reasonable priced. Thank you!!

  Simply put, Fred and his company are Best In Class. From scheduling to pick up to drop off, every aspect of my experience was terrific. Fred and his son Sandy and all who work for F & F Carpet Cleaning, Inc. have secured a customer for life. These are times where so much is taken for granted. That is not the case, here. Honesty, work ethic, personality and community responsibility - ALL of these elements are components of Fred's business. By the way, have you ANY idea HOW hard it is to maintain 5 stars over 110 reviews on Yelp?? Kudos, Fred!!

  Couldn't be more pleased with this family owned company - from my first contact with Sandi promptly and courteously answering my request for service to owner Fred, who together with is new team member Micah, arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. We had some challenging high traffic areas that still looked dirty after previous companies' work. Not so with F&F! They left everything looking like new, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They are definitely our provider from now on. And they offer a range of other cleaning service too!

  I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!
  I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!
  I picked the time after my scheduled vet visit. Farshad called earlier than the time she scheduled, and I agreed to the earlier time. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work.
  When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic.
  The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!!
  If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. Call F&F and let them handle it... It will be a relief, as it was for me.
  Thank you for you excellent costumer service, quality work, understanding, compassion and kindness.
  F&F have a new customer for life... Thank you!
