(May 27, 2020, 2:46 pm)I had a positive experience here, Robert was very kind when can we initiated my rental but he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough when I called to let him know that I had moved out, I had to call because the office door was locked and the last time I was there it was as well but there was signage posted about covid-19, this time it was just locked during office hours, it just seemed odd that he was annoyed that I called him when that was the only Avenue available to me. Apparently I won't get my prorated week back but whatever that's not the end of the world the point of moving out was to save money in the long run. The owners were kind the time that I met them. The only other thing I wished was different is that they had disclosed the insurance requirement on the website before I went there it worked out but I would have liked to know about it beforehand.

First and foremost, Joe was very nice and thoroughly explained the rental process, pricing, paperwork, gate access, etc. Second this was the only place that did NOT have hidden fees and didn’t force me to purchase a special lock or additional insurance. My current proof of insurance was sufficient. Lastly, the sizes and pricing were exceptional. Highly recommend!

The lovely couple who've managed this facility for many years are always happy to help. Although I've moved I wouldn't dream of moving my storage anywhere else. I highly recommend Key Storage!
