For years and years I was looking for a place to get scalp micro pigmentation done and stumbled upon Permanent Effects in Scottsdale! From the beginning to the end, Britney (the best) was patient with me, friendly, told me what to expect each step of the way and GENUINELY CARED about making me comfortable and happy with my results. The location is so clean, so warm, and every single fear of mine was completely erased while in her care! Words can’t express how much she has helped me throughout this process and I want everyone to know that this is THE REAL DEAL if you want your scalp done!!!   If you’re considering getting permanent eyeliner, Permanent Effects is the place to have it done. A mother daughter team are the proprietors and they are careful, talented and friendly women. I was concerned that I might look like a clown by getting my eyeliner done but Brittney understood what I wanted, mixed colors to make certain it wouldn’t be too dark, and did a perfect job. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Permanent Effects.

  I’ve been a client of Anita Smith for a while. She’s amazing permanent makeup artist. I would not trust anybody else with my face, except her. Anita is honest and knowledgeable. She did my eyebrows and eyeliner. They look perfect. I always get so many complements on both. I’ve been so happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone.

  Permanent Effects is the only permanent makeup salon that I will ever go to. Anita is absolutely wonderful, honest, and knowledgable. I trust her with my face when I would not trust anybody else! Anita did my eyebrows, and the color and shape are perfect. They look so natural that people can't even tell I've had anything done, and it's amazing that I don't have to do them every morning anymore! Can’t wait to have her do my eyeliner next! She is a true artist and her skills amaze me. The shop is beautiful and spotless, the topical numbing solution they use is amazing and you don't feel anything, and healing goes smoothly. They give complete aftercare instructions and answered all of the questions I had about healing and what to expect - you can call as well if you have any concerns while healing and they are happy to help. I love them and recommend them to everybody who is interested in permanent makeup!

  Their pricing is very reasonable. I got bit by my dog a few years back and went in here for a consultation and let me tell you - they know their stuff! I will definitely be coming back to get the scar on my lip taken care of. Oh and their office is gorgeous :) thanks!
