It is always my goal when traveling to visit a local studio. I registered online where I found a plethora of information; was welcomed by friendly staff as I checked in; was greeted by fellow yogis as I set up for class; and felt amazing energy as being led by Anton, the instructor. The class energy truly “flowed” around us and I felt challenged, energized and powerful with every breath. The added heat and warmth was glorious. I would love to have the luxury of access to this studio every day!! -

They have been doing a great job keeping things clean and tidy even with this Covid stuff going on. John is an excellent instructor, probably the best I have seen over the years. Five stars.

(September 28, 2020, 5:30 pm)I feel like a new person every time I leave this studio. I've taken from a few instructors and really enjoy John and Courtney's classes. They have been doing a great job with keeping things clean with Covid. Worth the drive if you don't live in Scottsdale!
