Tuft & Needle

I was surprised that this store was so clean, modern and cheerful. The associates were sensitive to concerns about Covid--they wore masks and they changed the sheets between customers.

We had the absolute best experience at this store. Our son bought a bed here and referred us . Lauren and Alyssa were outstanding sales women. They are professional, courteous and patient. So helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress . Way better than our Avocado Green mattress.

They were very nice and let us try all the options and spend as much time as needed. There was no pressure to buy or any pushy upselling.

Super clean store, all models of bed available to try. Staff seamed knowledgeable about the product. Good return policy if you don't like the mattress. So far we are loving our mint mattress, and the mattress protector from TN is probably the best one I have ever had. Breathable yet water proof. Already stopped my little one from ruining the mattress!
