  I had a great experience at this location. I used to go to the Cross County store, but I never felt like I was being listened to when I asked questions. They even signed me up for services I didn't want. Inderpreet was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions.

  Trevor B, store manager, was a very respectful, patient, and helpful guy. He signed me up for FiOS Gigabit Internet service. I'll be back again. Thanks so much if you ever read this!

  The rooms are amazing. It has a very modern feel, the pool and hot tub were clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff

  I completely enjoyed my stay here at Bixby. It’s a classy, cute little place that someone obviously cares for. Staff were very accommodating. I arrived on a red eye flight around 3am and they were there to greet me. By surprise I needed to stay an extra night and they made some moves to keep me in my same room. Things are spotless and modern. Beds were comfortable. People mention the traffic noise. This is unfortunately true, but mostly for rooms on that side of the complex and I had no trouble passing out anyway.

  Very cute and modern hotel! Newly renovated and it is great! Very clean room and outside. Cute pool area and nice lounge area. Will definitely be back!

  Great hotel. Rooms are updated, great courtyard and pool area. Simple check in then a short walk to your room. Love this place over all the other high end hotels.
