We bought our bed from John when he was at the PV mall. We recently had new carpeting installed and the carpet company would not disassemble the bed due to their new policies. I called John and he said his staff would come out and disassemble it & put it back once the carpet was laid. His staff followed through and did an excellent job. The point is Sleep System does not forget you as a customer-they are ready and willing to serve ones needs!! Kudos to John and his staff!
