(February 4, 2014, 1:21 pm)Wow! I was blown away by this guy. Very rarely do you meet someone with such a high level of integrity and genuine care. Firstly, his follow up was spot on, called when he said he would and was flexible in scheduling a meeting. Second, he said he was not there to sell me, but to provide some valuable information and education and he did just that. Never once did I feel pressure to buy, rather he asked questions that helped me make my own decisions. I had a ridiculous amount of questions and he took his time going over them with me and my girlfriend. We never felt rushed. Whether or not you need auto insurance phoenix or any other kind of insurance in phoenix I would call this American Family agent. I'm a small business owner myself and after meeting with Denis I have experienced a new standard of customer service that I will replicate in my own business.Thanks Denis.
