Ink & Toner Scottsdale

I got 4 brother ink cartridges for $62 - and I was angry because that's a ridiculous price for something like printer ink. Upon further inspection it is a tiny bit cheaper than Walmart. And it is not the same gamble as getting them online (for half the price, with risks).

I put them in the printer and the color cartridges didn't work. I called and the owner told me my print heads were probably clogged. I finally found the option to clean them (couldn't find that menu item for years, Good luck today), and after 5 cleaning cycles my printer is back in business!

There is also good info on the cartridge boxes themselves. I will update if anything goes wrong with these cartridges.

Incredible customer service! Kevin has gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. Even to go as far as giving us information on purchasing different more cost-effective printers and scanners! He searches all his contacts to get us the best price! WOW! Kevin really impressed us with his great service! I called after 5pm as we urgently needed a part for our only office color printer - and they answered! Kevin said they did not have our part in stock but offered to go pick up the part from his supplier the next morning so we could pick it up at their store by 10am. Not many vendors would offer to go out of their way like that, and we really appreciated that he did that for us. Thanks again Kevin for your great service!
