(November 14, 2020, 1:27 pm)This fellow answered my 8:00 am phone call and met me promptly at a grocery lot where my Toyota Rav was unresponsive. I asked for a tow to the local dealer, but he suggested first we try a jump. That worked like a charm (he had cables with him, of course). He then recommended a local business that would be able to replace my battery at a reasonable rate. Which was true -- I was home with my new battery by 9:00 am. Absolutely outstanding service! Reasonable price. Prompt. Yay.

My car wasn't safe to drive, and I was about 45 minutes from home when I called the service. He said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He showed up on time and had my car on the flatbed in 5 minutes and drove me to the dealership. Thank you for your courtesy and for a great conversation 😊
