Stay Alfred at Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment! The road noise is pretty loud so bring your earplugs or white noise. It’s so nice having a kitchen but there aren’t any pots and pans so you can’t do much cooking unless you’re very creative. We all agreed the beds were the most comfortable we stayed it during our 12 day road trip. It’s nice that there’s tea, coffee, and laundry soap. I love how the stay Alfred bath products smell!

There were some positives staying here. The location was great. The parking was assigned which was great. Some things though were not so good. There were a lot of dogs in the apartments. There was one owner whose dog was loose in the hallway, and it came right up to us, and with me were to people terribly afraid of dogs. To me, this is totally unacceptable. The sunlight at the pool was only there till about 1:00pm at the beginning of November, which I did not appreciate since I wanted a lot of sun. Overall, our experience was very goo.

Great property, walking distance to shops and good eating. Handy parking in garage. They are doing construction right next door so if you are staying during week days you will start to hear loud machinery at 5:30am(summer).
