Dr Motsch and Niki the nurse are the best. Very personal service. Both are very knowledgable. Never have to wait. Appointment set times are flexible and as for much time as patients need. I highly recommend Grayhawk Family Practice.

Both the office staff as well as the providers have delivered a five star experience in all dealings I've had with them thus far. Nikki, the office manager, is very prompt in responding to patient questions and concerns. She is excellent about relaying messages to the providers, scheduling appointments when it's convenient for the patient, and processing refill requests. Dr. Shine and Kendra Carter, NP are two of the most friendly and thorough practicioners of medicine I have yet to encounter. They arrive to address the root cause of your medical situation, as opposed to "slapping a band aid" on everything. I have total trust in this healthcare team, and would recommend them to anybody!
