“Tathata auto-billed me for $199 for their annual subscription. I contacted them within an hour of being charged and asked to cancel and be refunded. Their reponse? No refunds after the subscription is charged, even if it's an hour in. Most reputable companies with a subscription model would prorate the time used and refund the difference. To not have any customer satisfaction policy or refund policy is absurd. I would encourage anyone who is considering Tathata to stay far away and go with a more honest company such as Me and My Golf. Update (11/20/18): Tathata contacted me and agreed to refund the charge. As such, I updated my review to reflect the billing correction.”
