“I had a great experience working with Alex for a day through his one day golf program! We covered an amazing amount of the different aspects of my game in one day - from full swing irons and driver to all aspect of my short game. His video analysis and explanations were enlightening and very helpful. The drills all were easy to understand and execute and I look forward to working on them and improving my game. It was an excellent experience from the profile and survey work ahead of my day to the videos that were voice annotated by Alex with reminders out his coaching and focus points for me. We worked on the private range as well as played nine holes where he helped translate what we worked on to a true learning experience on the the beautiful Camelback course. He’s an outstanding teacher and great person. I’m totally energized about improving my golf. Thanks Alex!”

“While the lab itself provided good service, and seemed to be very comprehensive, responsive, and provide useful information, none of my sons doctors acknowledge any of their findings as being of any relevance, everything was discounted as normal GI findings. So for us, it was a waste of money. My son has had a very extensive and severe illness, which resulted in months hospitalized in three different states, and the loss of his colon 31 days after being admitted with sepsis, which he has had a total of five times, blood transfusions with no known cause, and chronic metabolic disturbances, and has to be on IV fluids 24/7 and still battles dehydration, and metabolic acidosis going on a year, so we have been desperate to find the cause. Toxic mold exposure unfortunately did precede his prior stellar health, but again, if no doctors acknowledge any of their findings to be relevant, you cannot get treatment, only information to further hit your head on a wall with. The lab was good, but doctors dispute any significance when they report pathogens. So unless you can write your own prescriptions or have a more responsive doctor than the over 130 who have treated my son, it is not useful.”

“The staff was amazing, kind and nice. As soon as I walked in, everyone was very helpful. The Doctor was extremely patient with my child even though my son wasn’t cooperating very well . He made him feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing to my son, which I think helped him calm down and feel safe. He listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me very clearly. The waiting time wasn’t long at all, we were seen pretty quickly. This has been the best Urgent Care Clinic for Kid’s I have ever been too, I would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“I am responsible for managing my 97 year old Aunt’ care. I live in NC and she lives in AZ. I was referred to Senior One Source as a possible source to help me place my Aunt in a suitable living situation. She is completely confined to bed and requires 24/7 care. I originally spoke with Louis who took a lot of his time to make me comfortable with giving His referral agency a try. He introduced me to Brittany, a social worker for S1S. She put me completely at ease that she and the agency would take good care of my Aunt. She met with my Aunt and they developed a very fun and heartwarming relationship. Brittany then went out into the community searching for a selection of small group homes that would suit my Aunt and her considerable needs. She presented us with pictures and all the info I needed to make an educated choice for my Aunt’s placement. Each time I needed to speak with her she made herself available. In the end, my Aunt was able to move into the home of one of her existing caregivers. So the best part of this story is that Brittany is a social worker First and even though we went in a different direction she offered to help us in any way possible going forward. If you are trying to care for someone from a distance you will understand Brittany’s value as a resource. I would refer anyone to Brittany, Louis and Senior One Source.”

“Our grandson has been attending SCI for almost two years. His vocabulary, speaking & listening skills, focus, and his play skills have improved dramatically from July, 2017 in the pre-school classes to the present (Jan., 2018) in the Kindergarten class. We could not ask for a more caring, compassionate staff (from directors, to teachers, to class assistants, to receptionists and bookkeepers, to cleaning staff) who are dedicated to educating the whole child. The directors are all BCBA certified (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), and they know their content. They have always been able to answer our questions in a knowledgeable and timely manner. In addition, they have been wonderful advocates for our grandson, going so far as to attend IEP meetings with his parents and us in our grandson’s public home school. The education director will also attend school tours with parents when the child is ready to move to the next placement level, whether it is kindergarten or first grade. In addition, the physical facilities are beautiful and clean and smell good. The classrooms are not packed wall to wall with furniture or learning centers, or unused chairs or desks or clutter. Overall, the learning spaces are inviting and aesthetically pleasing. I feel that my grandson is in the best possible learning environment, and I expect to see even more growth before he has to leave SCI to attend first grade.”
