Was getting a little frustrated with the claims department that had been a couple weeks trying to get a resolution and I gave John a call and voiced my frustration. I got a call within an hour getting off the phone with him to let me know he called and spoke to a Supervisor and is fighting for us.(Even if he didn't get me what I was looking for, I appreciated the prompt follow up and trying) He then called me back in 30 min and got me what the vehicle is worth. I work in a business where I don't have a lot of time in the day to go back and forth with someone so I appreciate the prompt follow-up and getting me what was deserved. “Sandy Rice at Pioneer Title was an absolute professional. I chose to price/rate shop to save a few dollars with an out-of-state lender--which was my mistake. Instead of using their preferred Title Company, I chose to use a local company because I would rather invest in Phoenix than in California. Sandy had fantastic turn-around on her side of the transactions (usually same day even in a busy crunch time of closings). She was wonderful at clearly communicating what she was working on. In the end, she saved the day getting us to close. She had to duplicate efforts on several fronts due to lender errors, lender staff turnover, etc., but she remained cheery and positive through all the extra work. I doubt seriously all the work was worth the reasonable fees that were paid to Pioneer Title, but I'm grateful when you meet someone who does such a great job and remains pleasant through difficulty. I would absolutely recommend Sandy if you are buying or refinancing.”
