“I got to say I was so impressed with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. They had a constant flow of people on the phone, in person, at the drive thru, in addition to computer glitches. They were amazing, great attitudes, dealt with the computer glitches gracefully and had back up plans, didn’t blame anyone, went above and beyond with customer service, and had hussle at the same time. I originally made a mistake by sending my prescription here because it was so far away but I would rather go out of my way to get this sort of professionalism and customer service any day. “Think of major amusement parks and their gift stores...then, think of the prices a little lower in price, and there you have it! The store has a nice selection of the usual tropes; clothing, accessories, stuffies, et al with the Odysea logo. My family and I bought our fair share. Not military discount or plastic bags (not sure if that was an environmental thing or if they ran out of bags); what I liked was money spent in the store went toward helping saving animals or something like that. Free WIFI . Usually I avoid gift shops but this one was worth it, and worth checking out.”

“This store is amazing. The huge crystals in front of the entrance are phenomenal and some are on rotating bases so you can aim the sunlight at just the right angle to get the best view of the crystal matrix. Once inside the store I was instantly overwhelmed (in a good way) by the beautifully handcrafted jewelry and the gorgeous raw specimens of crystals, many from the Arizona area. I was immediately greeted by Natalie, who knew a lot about the minerals and gemstones and her co-worker Katelyn who was also very friendly and helpful. Inside the store was a mini-mine you could walk through with a lighted safety helmet to see the minerals in their natural environment. If you only have time for one stop to see the minerals from the area, this should be it. Google maps took me right there without any problems. This store is a gem that must be seen!”

“In 2008 I had the pleasure to meet William Hammers. I had brought him several video tapes my son had taken when he was deployed in Ramadi, Iraq. Bill was able to chronologically transfer the video tapes to DVDs, clean up the sound and provide several extra copies at a reasonable rate. Eleven years later, I reached out to him again about a cassette tape from 1975 that recorded my grandfather playing several stringed instruments along with him singing. Again, Mr. Hammers was able to clean up the sound and make the transfer to a disk. In both instances his work quality was wonderful and timely. At the time I met him in 2008 I lived in Phoenix AZ, now I live in Houston TX and regardless where I move next, if I come across any other tapes that need transferred, Altissimo Recording Studios is where I will go.”
