The home was always clean, the staff was friendly and capable, the owners were supportive, organized, helpful, and ran a smooth operation. The home stuck out in photos and for good reason, they took the time to create a renovated home with quality aesthetics and this is hard to find in the home search. It's not a corporate group, it's run by a hard working couple who offer a great opportunity to find good care. “Brent's place was the perfect spot for our recent trip to Scottsdale. The apartment was spacious, clean, and central to almost everything we were in North Scottsdale to see and do. Bedrooms were located on opposite ends of a hallway which allowed the ideal private setup for a father/son stay. Clearly written instructions made for an easy check in/out... and all communication was addressed promptly. The covered garage was an added bonus. There is a bit of road noise in the master bedroom but this, for us, was not a problem. BAVR is definitely a reliable resource when visiting the Phoenix area... ask for Brent or Spencer!”
