Arcadia Foot and Ankle

Very friendly staff. Was my first time there? the doctor was very nice polite.
He seemed to be very concerned and can caring about my situation.

They were very efficient, and the appointment went very good.

This was my first visit to Arcadia. I’m always a little apprehensive when I go to the doctor, particularly as a new patient. But immediately upon walking into the check-in area, I was able to relax. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and after I completed the paperwork, the wait to see the doctor was no more than 5 minutes. Dr. Corley was pleasant, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He listened attentively and was efficient but not rushed. Aftercare instructions were clear and I was also given a printed copy, which was very helpful.

(If I have any suggestion for change, it would be to perhaps provide “fatter” pens—or those with grippers on them—for filling out the forms. For those of us with arthritic fingers, the skinny pens are difficult to grasp.)

All in all, a very satisfying experience.

I came in as a new patient looking for a consult. The front office staff was professional and friendly. The medical team was effective and thorough. I was provided with a couple of possible solutions for my issue, and was allowed to go back home and discuss my options with my family. I am totally satisfied.

Front desk employees were very professional but yet nice. Did not have to wait long. The student that was working with the doctor was very nice but a little timid, again she's in the learning process. I really enjoyed the doctor he was very informative walking n showing me what he was going to do, very friendly and made sure that I was not in pain before he took care of my toe. I will refer him anyone needing a foot doctor.
