My family and I went to a RV show on a whim over 4 years ago and we sort of thought this would be a great way to see more things than the traditional way we have our whole life. So fast forward from roughly 2016 until today. After my family and I looked online at many travel trailers from varying manufacturers we decided to look in-person. We were familiar with Camping World being off the interstate and decided to set up a time to look in-person with CW. We had a pleasant experience with the in-person view and the dealer even followed up with us to make sure we saw what we needed. As anything, we wanted to think over what we viewed and do more research to make sure of our purchase. After all, a travel trailer is a big purchase. We kept researching the models we narrowed it down to then we decided on a second visit. We were paired with Kenny Adams the second time due to Randall being out on extended leave. Kenny took the time to show us over and over again what we wanted to see and price. We kept coming back to the same unit that initially caught our eye for what you get for the price. This being our first TT we wanted to make sure it was not too much of a trailer and would also suit our intended needs. In the end, Kenny worked us a good deal that we were happy with and the walk-through day and signing papers for purchase were never easier. Thanks to Chase in finance and Tyler who performed the walk-through just as much. Looking forward to becoming a part of the camping culture. Would recommend CW to anyone whether new to camping or seasoned.

The service department is first class!! Jason is great! He is such wonderful and fun person to work with! I enjoy working with him. Amanda is also great! Very friendly and a joy to work with. I can not say enough about both of them!!
