(February 26, 2020, 6:41 pm)I have to eat crow for my last review. I was upset for the sudden change. But I went to the Sun City office, saw Dr. Moore for the first time. I really like and trust him. A hearing test confirmed that I had more hearing since I was in last so he adjusted my hearing aides, and took plenty of time with me. I think he was very caring and thorough. So I’ve decided to stay with Moore Audio.

(November 8, 2019, 2:58 pm)I am very pleased with Moore Audiology, and I have been for almost 20 years (I followed Dr. Moore from Banner to his practice). To me, a very important part of their service is support after the correct hearing aids are installed, and their support is untouchable. From questions to maintenance, they (most recently, Jason) have always been there for me, and the result has always been good. 20 years!

(October 30, 2019, 11:05 am)I received great care from Jason Braun. I had to go back the next day to get further hearing aid adjustments and he worked e in promptly since I was from out of town. He gave me good advice and showed caring and sincere concern for my hearing.
