  The medical staff were very informative and patient throughout my employment physical. The certified medical assistant and PA who assisted me that day were very professional. Every procedure that was performed on me (blood draw, urine test, EKG, etc.) were done quickly and carefully. Although they were severely understaffed, I never felt rushed and the staff were happy to be doing job.

  I was told via email that the hours were 7AM to 7PM. I tried to arrive at opening time and discovered by looking at the sign on the door that the hours were 8AM to 5PM. I left and decided to return in the afternoon, but wanted to call first to double check the opening hours since driving there is a 30 minute trip for me. I called about 10 times between 10AM and 2PM and no one answered the phone. I decided to take my chances and go anyway, luckily they were open. Staff was great once I was there and I didn't have to wait long.

  I called a few days before to inquire about a physical and needing school health forms to be filled out. I was able to get a walk-in apt with the the provider and only waited about 30 minutes. Cassandra answered my questions, had an awesome attitude, and provided great service! The provider was efficient when performing my physical and quickly filled out my school forms. I highly recommend this Concentra location if needing an affordable and quick physical for school, work, etc.
