I was a walk-in unable to get a sense of contracts i had signed elsewhere, receiving them after the fact by virtue of traveling and being caught by shelter in place out of state, but not Arizona, getting my mail boxed up pretty far into or past the 30 day cancelation period. I called customer service, no good. I emailed the originator, no answer. I wrote the company snail per their direction to have questions answered. Those answers would be sent to California. I have to wait for certain places to open up. I needed help now!

I remembered the stock ticker and Christmas lights on the saguaro cactus at Del Webb Blvd and Bell Rd, Sun City, AZ. I knew they could help me if they would. I showed up around 4 pm, happy to wait. I now know what I have and that it's a good match for my needs although the downsides were also given. I was fortunate to get the VP. He said normally they start with a group experience to increase trust. I said, I already know exactly who you are.
