(February 10, 2018, 11:30 am)Catherine is very warm and extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything as she goes and how to take care of your lymphatic system from home.
The treatment is painless and relaxing. After one session, I feel more much more energetic and less foggy than I have in quite a while. I am using her recommendations at home and I am going to do a series of sessions based on how much better I feel from just one session.
I am cleansing my lymph system to prevent disease, as almost everyone should, and to regain control of my health through a clean diet and repairing my immune system naturally so it can function fully as it was designed. I see this as an investment in my overall health that will go a very long way.
It's astonishing to me that our healthcare system refuses to cover this kind of critical preventative care. Thankfully, Catherine provides this service at a reasonable price, and she brings over 20 years of expertise and pure heart to her work. That combo has been hard for me to find. She is also completely forthright, and really cares and connects human to human. She is an absolute gem. I'm so happy to have found her. -
