Regency Mortuary

Regency Mortuary offered comfort and guidance during a very difficult and overwhelming time.
I was admittedly in shock and denial…and the fact that at the time of my husband’s passing we were out of country and l was without family.
I was alone and grieving….Chrystle Strippelman was my guiding light…
She was so caring, respectful and so compassionate but most of all understanding of my distress and grief.
Chrystle walked me through the process of bringing my husband back home to Canada…she talked me through options, explained what l would need to go through the cremation process etc.
There was never pressure…just a lovely person who made this nightmare a bit more bearable…making the process easier… Chrystle was available at all times ..and it was comforting to acknowledge her as my resource person…she was there for me…through the inconsolable tears and pain.
I feel that my husband was left in the care of people who cared…made the process feel more respectful to my husband…l feel he was treated with kindness and compassion…which in turn lightened my heart…💔

I highly recommend Regency Mortuary. When my husband suddenly passed away. There was so much that I needed to take care of and one of the hardest parts of his passing was deciding who would take care of him. The staff at Regency were so kind and caring and made our family feel like their family during this difficult time. From our first visit, to picking up my husband’s ashes, every time we were greeted with kindness and comfort. They have even reached out to make sure that my children and I are doing okay. They went above and beyond for our family. Thank you so much for everything!

Regency Mortuary was extremely helpful and respectful when I needed their services for my dad. I liked that they would be the ones handling his cremation so he wouldn't have to be transported to various places. They were comforting and made an immensely difficult time much easier. When my mom passed there wasn't any question which mortuary I would trust with my mom. I can't thank them enough for guiding me through a process I was not completely familiar with and handling my parents with such respect. I feel like they really care and they aren't trying to take advantage of people financially.

Our family has used Regency Mortuary 3 different times in 5 years. Each time We felt very comfortable and confident working with them. They were there for us and walked us through this process each time They were very patient and knowledgeable whenever we had a question no matter how many times I would ask the same question. This goes for each person at Regency they was very kind and understanding. I highly recommend Regency Mortuary to anyone in need of this service.
