I had an issue and walked into the office without an appointment or calling ahead. I was admitted immediately (fortunately Terry was not busy with a client) and Terry took care of the issue then and there. Now everything is working properly and I got total resolution with no fuss. I am very happy with the treatment I am receiving from this office. I'm also very happy with the hearing aids themselves.

Terry was so helpful and professional. She took the time to show all the necessary aspects of hearing aids and was extremely kind and patient with me. I thoroughly recommend her and her office!

Went in for an ear cleaning as I was having a lot of trouble doing it on my own. That was easily the easiest and most rewarding procedure I've ever had done. Teri was incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at what she did. Will certainly be back!

I have been wearing hearing aids for 36 years (since I was 2). I have gone through my fair share of hearing specialists and have been a patient since the Hearing Pro days. I met Teri for the first time yesterday and she is the best one that I have worked with at the Hampton location. Miracle Ear needs to do what they can to keep her there. She is definitely an asset for the hard of hearing community in the city! Give her a raise!

Got hearing aids for the first time in January of this year. I've been very pleased with the hearing aids but especially pleased with the care I've received from Teri Davis. She is so helpful and patient with those of us who lack technical savvy. Being greeted by Gabriella each time I visit is always a treat. She's great on the phone also. Having scheduled follow up visits as part of getting the aids was not something I thought I would need but it has been extremely useful and reassuring.
