Friendly reception staff. The medical staff are attentive to your situation and give you time to talk. If you forgot to ask them something or things aren't going well, there is a patient portal to send/recieve messages.
The doctors and nurses practitioners are very knowledgeable. There is an on-site lab.

You have to make appointments through Central scheduling that covers a few locations and they are very busy so you might have to wait.
