  Staff was welcoming, polite, efficient. More importantly they were thorough, made suggestions about my tires, which I was aware of but glad they brought it to my attention. What stands out most is the amount of people that stopped by with questions or concerns that the staff addressed for free, assisted with on the spot or reassured the customer that what was a "concern" was actually very normal, or just a matter of a switch being turned off. Their parts delivery folks were incredible...I watched them deliver wipers in under 10 minutes from the time of the call to the time of delivery...That's what I call an excellent customer service provider, they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need and I appreciate that!   Awesome team of guys here. Derek went out of his way to be sure I was able to get back and forth while they had my car for the repairs. I ended up coming back twice for additional "noise" only I seemed to hear after the repairs. These guys tracked it down and repaired it. No additional fees, no Hassel. What's more is they were tremendously polite and professional through all of it. I will be back. Great job Sun Devil!

  We have utilized this branch of Sun Devil Auto long enough to be totally familiar with their service. We couldn't be happier with them. We have interfaced primarily with managers Matt and Derrick, both of whom run a terrific shop. They treat us great and their technicians are great as well. I know the management is superb when the results are superb. They are willing to do whatever it takes to fix your vehicle, fix it promptly and offer you rides to and from their shop. They charge fairly for their work, but always give us more than we expected. Many times their assistance has even been complimentary, and they are truly concerned for the safety of their customers. If something additional needs attention, or something that might become an issue in the future, they make sure you know about it. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. We will continue to use their services and confidently recommend them to others.
