She works with me to make sure my coverage is exactly what I need and at the best possible price. She proactively researches better options for me and explains each in a very understandable way. I recently bought a new car and she graciously provided safety ratings and insurance estimates based on the cars I was looking at. Kara is very competent, professional and always kind and helpful. While I have loyalty to Farmers, I have even stronger loyalty to Kara. She is excellent!
