Tabitha was excellent. She was professional, courteous and provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable on what had to be done and explained thoroughly in language I understood. She was responsive to questions and provided dates for when I could get my car back. She went out of her way to contact Enterprise for a rental car and even contacted a glass company to get back to me on my windshield which wasn’t part of the repair. She went above and beyond my expectations of service and did it all with a smile. She’s a valuable employee. Thank you.

The staff is extremely cordial. Alfonso was helpful in getting the claim started and filling out the paperwork. He was thorough and patient in explaining the process.
Dominic was very good about keeping me informed of the progress of the repair and any problems found.
Although I made a few trips to get the process started, the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend the shop to my friends.

Awesome, awesome service. I was so happy I chose Chaney's to fix my truck. They did such an amazing job. This is the first body shop that I have ever been to where they did such a good job, I had no complaints. I have had many experiences with collision centers and accident repairs and this was by far the best I have experienced. They went above and beyond and fixed everything with OEM parts, even the windshield!

Many times I have gone to a body shop and they try to pass off their shoddy work as complete and top-tier. At Chaney's, they really made my truck look brand new. Had everything completed, had it detailed and cleaned, inside and out. It was parked out front waiting for me when I arrived.

Very friendly office personnel. They were helpful, and spoke with the insurance on my behalf. I did not have to do a thing.

This place is amazing! Great customer service! They painted my spoiler for me because it had tons of sun damage and clear coat blistering and it came out great! The price was on point. Make sure you mention you're military, law enforcement or EMT, if you're actually one of those. Alfonso, you rock!
