(February 2, 2022, 12:29 pm)Nicole Hunt was very helpful and professional and went way beyond to give me a helping hand after my father passed away and selling his house. She made the transition easy to complete all of the necessary documentation, inspections, cleaning, repairs, HOA issues….and this was all completed remotely since I didn’t live in Arizona. If it wasn’t for her help, it would have been almost impossible to do all of this remotely.
She got her whole family involved in taking care of some issues that came up during an standard home inspection. She immediately contacted the necessary professional maintenance people to take care of some issues requiring expert repairs and/or adjustments.
I would, more than, highly recommend her for any real estate issue, she is very knowledgeable and professional and get’s the Job done!
She is now a good friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone moving to or move out of Arizona. She was great!
